Poison Quest? :: World of Warcraft

Alright, I just got 20. What do I do to start poisons? Is it a quest (and where do I find that quest)? It it talents?

I know it's a pretty dumb question, but I just can't find it.

I did it in Orgrimmar. You get the quest in the Cleft of Shadows from Shenthul. Here's a link: The Shattered Salute
