I dont want to use a hammer as my weapon i am level 6 paladin and i want to be proficient in two hand sword but i cant use a sword because i have not been trained in it. so can someone tell me where i can go to get trained in sword and two handed sword and what level requirement before i can do this at?
Go to stormwind and find the weapon trainer, he can train you in two hand swords, for 10 silver.

But to answer your question, from Ironforge-Tinker's ward-Underground Tram.
It will lead u to stormwind. Sword Trainer is Woo Ping in the TRADE DISTRICT. (he is in the weapon shop). It is right next to a general goods shop.

For a human you can easily find Stormwind by taking the path NW out of goldshire. Look for Woo Ping in the central part of the trade district.
For a Dwarf take the Tram found in tinkertown in ironforge it'll take you straight into stormwind.
