I been playing WoW for about a week, and running a paladin. I found it a very nice char to play PvE but horrible for PvP. (Kills just take way too long, sure, they have a hard time kill me, but it also goes in reverse...)
So now I am asking, can anyone recommend the pro and con of a NE rogue vs Human mage, With pVp in mind. And if possible, what profession is really good for them.
(p.s, does an Engineering/miner rogue or a herb/alchemist mage work?)

Being 37 Human Mage myself on PvP Mage is good in PvP, just hard if someone ambush you after a fight..
Dont know much about Rouge, but both job is way better when you get the ambush on other..
