This is a two part question... first are warlocks good in parties if we specialize in destructions... or are warlocks meant for soloing?
and i heard this from someone online that warlocks becomes weaker later on...

Absolutly! Who is gonna soulstone a rezer if the party dies? Warlocks ofcourse. Also being a destruction warlock will help in parties, but other warlocks can do just fine. You will get cool ablilty like Curse of Recklaceness that is the EASIEST way to stop runners in Instances, Curse of Shadows and Elements that help your fire and shadow magic do more dmg. Don't let anyone fool you about a Warlock being weak. I am a fully spec destruction Warlock minus 3 talents in Improved Imp. My rank 2 soulfire hits for 780-989 dmg non crit.... Also you will get Curse of Doom, 3200dmg I think after 1 min. Yeah...we do just fine, no matter what anyone says. No mater what your spec.
Yup, what he said. And our point party hat that we get later on is always a hit, too. :P
