What form is the druids increased movement speed form. Sorry for the noob question, experienced in Hunters and Warriors not Druids =P
It's a Cheetah, yellow cat with spots (tusks as well if you're tauren, I don't think NE get them). Rather ugly cheetah (/cry)
+40% speed, insta cast (but takes time to get to full speed), roughly 5% mp pool mana cost, can only use basic attack with hand held weapon, breaks snares / slows, immune to ploy, gained at lvl 30 for a few copper.

Travel form is extremely useful for traversing areas with lower level mobs (yes you can still get dazed but it happens a lot less often) and for escaping from a jam. Very few mobs can keep up with you. Also of course useful for those long runs ... cuts down on travel time for sure.
