If you assume that you are lv60, then of course you will have all this talent point at your disposal, but the trick is to figure out a way to make your character stronger than others at earlier level, when you don't have that many talent points to spend.
I'm lv34 warrior who spends all my point on shouts and critical hits... and I got my *** handed to me by a same level warrior who obviously trained in the Arms category...
I have just unlearned all of my talents trying to figure out a better way to improve my character with the limited points I have and am very frustrated at the moment... but my point is, it is not how you can make a strong lv60 character, since by that time, you will not likely to be picked on by members from the other allegiance, but to make your character stronger so it can take on someone else maybe two levels over at lower level.
To sum up, I think having a talent build chart assuming yourself is lv60 is pointless... need to have a plan to build up your talent step-by-step in order to actually be a stronger player.

This will be a very strong dual-wielding warrior, one that will likely hit hard, but take a good chunk in return. I don't know that I would ditch the protection points early on. They may not be as useful at higher levels, but the early defense bonus should be solid. Don't forget that your build doesn't have to work well at both high and low levels. Unlike many MMORPG's, you can actually change your talents, though it'll cost ya'. ^_^
Good choices for the Arms talents, I wouldn't change a thing.
And it is hard to find any fault with your fury selections, as you are using most of the talent tree already. 8P
However, I am told by higher level players that the bonus damage on Improved Cleave grows decreasingly useful as you level, so you might want to respec out of it later.
Also, remember that Battle Shout is more efficient for party use, thanks to its "Area Effect" nature, so if you prefer to solo, you might want to invest in Blood Craze and Piercing Howl instead (Piercing Howl is great for "strategic redeployment" a.k.a. retreating... ^_^)
