When and where can an alliance hunter train to wear mail armor? I see weapons trainers everywhere, but I don't ever see any armor trainers. Hmm, maybe the hunter trainers?

as far as where you can get it. You should be able to go to any hunter trainer and it will be in that last of skills you can train.
