specific weapons?Follow

I currently have a Troll Warrior. I recently hit level 20 and went to the trainer to train in dual wield. While in town I decided to hit up the weapons master as well to see if anything new popped in for me to train. I never noticed before, but I've seen that there is no option to train in swords, one or two handed, staves, polearms, or crossbows. Is each race restricted to certain types of weapons? Or am I just not high enough to train in the above weapons yet?

Crossbows, swords, and 2-handed swords are available to train in the Undercity. There's no level requirement for the weapons, just how much money you have. I trained in swords and 2-handed swords, both costing me 10 silver, at level 5. Although if you're a troll, it's probably not the best of choices to use crossbows. Throwing axes are enough, considering you shouldn't be pulling that much anyway. In most cases, you're going to want to use charge in the open fields, solo and grouped. In dungeons, there are other classes that make much better pullers than you anyway. Crossbows might do more damage for pulling, but it's usually not your job to dish out pain.
