when can a warrior use 2 handed sword or axe, bows , guns. My character is 13th level already and still cannot use it. Do you need to be trained for this? How and where can you be trained

You have to train for it. There are Weapon Trainers located in the game to help with this. Various Trainers will teach different things, they're not all the same. If you're Alliance, Wu Ping in Stormwind will teach you 2 handed sword I know... and daggers and crossbow if I remember right. There's another trainer in Ironforge (name escapes me) that has different skills available. Remember there's gonna be a 10 silver fee for learning a new weapon.
For Horde, check out the Undercity, which has 2-handed and 1-handed sword trainers. Both costed me 10 silver. For guns, I'm pretty sure Thunderbluff has what you're looking for. However, I'm a troll, meaning I gain natural skill in throwing axes, so I never considered guns and I'm not sure if the gun trainer is there or not.

like someone above said, for horde it's the undercity. For the alliance you need to go to Stormwind to train the ability.
