Hunter vs Druid?Follow

I read on the Druid forum that we don't stand much of a chance against them. Is this some guy just BSing his job or should I really keep my distance from them when possible?

Just depends who jumps on who.. Hunters are not affective up close combat takeing damage.. While druids are.. So just depends :)

when i was 17 i dualed my 17 druid friend a few times and had my way with him every time (not to brag). i was using a tiger with up to date spells which really goes a long way. also a big thing was that when druids change form they become a beast, which you have (as a hunter) a spell to scare away (very helpful and totally sweet). they lose control and untarget you. while all this is happening you are shooting them with concussion shot and other attacks, and they are getting mauled by your pet.
so... dont lose hope, you have a good chance to win, as for much higher levels, i cannot say that this stays true. hopefully someone can comment to that effect.
