Hey guys and gals,

Finally my heart gave way and let FFXI go, and now im with WOW. I was wondering when Rouge got dual weild. Ive been doing some digging and i just cant find it, or im looking in the wrong spot. Thanks for the answer in advanced. Goodluck everyone, im sure i will be hearing more about you all soon.

You get dual weild at level 10. You have to learn it from a Rouge Trainer, me thinks.
