I can't decide which to play on release with my friends. we have a hunter, priest, shaman and warrior so far. Which one do you guys like best and why?

My personal opinion, just from the information you have given, would be that a Warlock would be more useful when you play with your friends. You guys seem to have heals covered, damage should be pretty good, so the warlock's curses would be a definate help, equiping your friends with stones never hurts, and on top of that you get your more bread and butter skills such as being able to summon your own mount, use Ritual of summoning to get those of your friends who are always late, and, finally, pets are always fun and usefull in many ways too.

thats just my two cents on it, hopefully this helps.

good points. but to do the devil's advocate thing....

Druids can provide backup heals if needed can nuke from afar, bearform tank, do not need mount due to travel form, wear's leather instead of cloth, root, regen's, not to metion the best buff in game....well that is contested by some but i do think it's still true.

The question is you and your groups play style. Your posting question in the warlok's section i would gamble that it's something your leaning that way on. Either chooice is a good one. I told my friends to get to level 6 and meet in ironforge.....it would be good choice for you to pick a level for you all to meet at that way you could try both and see what you like.

BTW druid gets bearform at 10. a bit of a quest. also a selfport (both night elves and tauren to a place called moonglow). it's a druid hide out quests start and invole there it's nice as i played a night elf in beta and was able to then ride griff back to home so making my harthstone bring me back to ironforge so i could play with my friends it was convient.

You actually helped me a lot to choose whether mage or warlock is better. Thanks. My friend said mages are kinda boring, and their spells are bugged, some of them. Other people said they are way easily killed, but warlocks get summons. Thanks.
