What I've been researching you should focus to combat and Subtlety depending your likeness. Few points to some Assassination skill (like Murder or Lethality) + (Finishing move) and i think you should do great.

Any talent build is great for rogues for PvP from what I've seen. That's one of the good things about rogues...any way you build them, they are still awesome. It all depends on your play style really. If you want to be sneaky focus on Subtelty. If you want to go head on with your opponent focus on Combat. If you want improved criticals and finishing moves focus on Assassination. It also depends on if you are going to use daggers, swords, or maces since there is no real reason to improve dagger only abilities if you don't use daggers. I've seen many different PvP builds that work. Just choose the one that best fits your play style.

Here is a good place to play around to figure out how you want to build your rogues talents.

There are so many talents and way you can take a rogue in this game, and many ways you can make him good at PvP. It really depends on, that cliche phrase "whatever you want to be",. But from playing rogue in the beta I learned one thing about skills and talent. You really need to pick and choose. There isn't enough time in most battles to use all of your skills. And to become better faster you need to only use certain talent point to fit your rogue's ideal. (I.E damage, crits, subtetly, etc)

^^^^ that's a bunch of talking, but I think you get what I mean.
