brand-n00b lvl 7 warlock - how do i get skillz for wands, and where do i get a wand?
I've been around brill & deathknell, that's about it. Do I just go to weapon trainer somewhere, like UnderCity?
also I chose enchantment but i haven't been able to get any green magic drops to start my career off yet, any help with that would be great : )

I'm not as familiar with the Undead starting area, but the 6 major cities typically have the weapons trainers, so that should be your destination.
As for finding green items... thottbot.com lists mobs in each area and has an extra function to tell which consistently drop good loot. Use it, love it... because with the number of people who will be going there, it is going to crash come release.

Warlocks already can use wands by default, no training needed. I found my first one in silverpine. I don't remember offhand, but I think you have to be a higher level before you can use one. The ones sold in UC require level 16 or so I think.
You get the wand skill by default and there is a wand vendor in the Undercity inner ring. Lowest level wand they sell is for level 15 though.
I got a fire wand to drop from the humans outside the large cave leading to Undercity.

I chose Enchanting as a profesion, at skill level 10 you can make your first wand (req lvl 5), at skill lvl 70 you can make your next.

Best place to find a wand is at the auction house. I bought my first there, second off wand vendor in UnderCity. Skill up goes pretty fast, just keep clicking.

I got my first wand by making it myself with the enchanting skill, then my second from an apprentice mage or something similar in silverpine, it was a pretty rare drop though from what I saw. It only happend once.
I got a fire wand drop from the knolls around the Dead Farm (or whatever it's called) in Silverpine. It's got better DPS than daggers but I'm dissapointed at the lack of autoattack.
