As many recipe's have changed does anyone know out there a recommended recipe for grinding blacksmith up a few levels?

You could try Iron Gorge hooks for a rank or 2 and then move onto Iron Javelin Heads. At r29 I was getting 650-700 sp on those and had a decent sucess rate.
