What CRP rank are the elemental walnut wands (optimal to equip is R47)?

The willow one is 31 and maple is 21 according to yg (not sure if they are approximates). Are the walnut series 40+?

If they are in line with they others one can assume it's 41. The only carpenter I know who's crafted one has been 50

More like 45+, Budding Walnut Wand is listed as r35 CRP and Pastoral Oak Cane is r45 so Elemental Walnut Wand can not be less than 45, wouldn't make sense.

My sig isn't updated but I HQ'd +1 a walnut wand of storms today very easily at 39.

Just wanted to add, it was all NQ mats.

I cannot repair with Carpenter 33 (after the 'Dark Matter' patch!)
Carpenter 39 for many sites but it's not true.
Someone can confirm the REAL lvl for crafting this wand?

There's a r45 local leve in Grid that you have to make it. Based on the leve rank, it's r45-49, can not be higher or lower than that.
