I've received Woolen Sugarloaf Hat (Red) after the Parley part, and to my delight it wasn't taken away after I finished the quest. My question is, is it a guaranteed item, or is it tied-in with how you perform in the Parley. If it's the latter, then it's very possible people have been missing out a lot on Parley from quests like the Goldsmith line.
The hat looks awesome on Miqo'te btw
