Any idea how to use those abilities? I just got blinding speed and set it in the abilities and I can't figure out how to use it.

At least for Blinding Speed it randomly pops up as one of your options (under Wait) while you're synthing.

Wow... I reached level 15 Armorer today. I have to admit, Hasty Hand is amazing!
What it does specifically, is decrease durability by 50, and increase progress by 100.
If you fail the skill, it kinda sucks as you're almost sure to fail the craft. But otherwise you'll be completeing every craft after 1 synth.

The other drawback to this ability, is that the exp for crafting seems to increase when you succeed a craft with low durability remaining. Since Hasty Hand completes instantly, the durability will still be very high, resulting in low exp gains. If you're looking to skill up, you may want to stay away from this option, but once you're crafting items that are very low to your level, you probably wouldn't get much exp anyway. The skill is a great time saver, especially with the current lag with menu options.
