Are you talking to her with Conjurer as your active class? When starting job quests, I always had to switch to the corresponding class before I could initiate.

yeah i am. Soleine actually doesn't even have the exclamation mark above her head. I'm thinking it's either a bug OR i can't have another storyline quest active or something :3
