Siphon MP: broken or intended ?Follow

Maybe it's a old news but.. today doing a leve i've noticed a strange thing: siphon mp steal mp from dead corpses. Retried outsides guildleves, and again it steal mp from dead mobs. It's a bug or it's just like that ?

that is the way the MP Siphon works, the only way to use Mp siphon at its 100% potency is to use it on dead mobs.
