So...because of the limited number of action points we get, combined with the wide range of DoT's, debuffs, and nukes that THM gets, I'm having a tough time finding room for Tect, Shell, and some other CON spells I like on my action bar. Is it possible to create some complex macros that essentially equip a new action to our bar, casts a buff, then switches back out to our regular actions? (See example below)

/eaction 3 "Protect"
/eaction 4 "Shell"
/aoe on
/ac Protect <me>
/wait 5
/ac Shell <me>
/wait 5
/aoe off
/eaction 3 "Gravity"
/eaction 4 "Slow"

Would something like that work? Macro space permitting of course.

Nope, when you assign actions onto your bar they are immediately put on cooldown to prevent hotswapping.
