Good Knight, Sweet Dreams 2nd conjurer quest?Follow

i'm tryin to figure out what rank you have to be to get your second Conjurer Quest from the guild, so far i';ve gathered it might be called Good Knight Sweet Dreams but i have no idea how to activate it, any help would be appreciated, im rank 26 i went to the guid they dont say anything i checked my pearl and still nothing anyone have some clues?
