If you're unwilling to do much research (as suggested by making this thread) I suggest you level Fishing.
It takes plenty of time, which you have, and some things take longer to sell (or you end up with a lot to sell which takes time.) Later down the track after you're better versed in the way of the worlds and can find things out for yourself, Cooking would be good to level to complement your fishing skills.
If Goldsmithing is your first craft you are probably going to lose a lot of gil and get **** off with crafting.
