Low level fishing? :: World of Warcraft

I was told by a friend that in order to get past the ridiculous 8 fish per RL day I had to get to level 20. I did that today, and I'm ahving the same problem. What gives?

If your character is over 2 weeks. Did you fish today before you hit 20? As well as after?

If so, any fish you caught when you were lv19, will count towards the ~10 fish per day for Characters under level 20. Even though you hit 20 that cap is still in place.

Over 20 you can catch 200 per day. Under lv20 each 1 fish counts as 20.

Actually, it's equivalent to 25:1 per fish, not 20.
