My Archer does no damageFollow

Leveled THM and CNJ >40 and GLD > 20 so far, now testing out Archer (solo) for potential BRD.

Currently Archer is at 14 - and seems to do significant less damage than all other classes
(which is ok for THM but not for GLD I guess).
Gear is top except the arrows (did read in forums that arrows make no difference, so I use lvl 1).

What am I missing?

Have you tried using better arrows and see if your damage increases? As your arc progresses it will get better and better in terms of damage output.
