Where is my light swing :: World of Warcraft

Hi all.

I have a level 12 Marauder who I understand should have a level 1 ability, light swing.
I have broad swing but light swing is nowhere to be seen.

I am in Limsa lominsa and have completed the storyline quests as far as my level allows and I know
how to find and assign abilities to my hotbar ok. There is just no light swing ability listed under axe
in the dropdown.

Thanks in advance for any enlightenment.
