Does this increase heals cast by others on you by 10%? Thats my understanding from the description but I just wanted to confirm, I play gladiator and this will be nice if thats the case, also im getting Intimidation :D.

I have noticed in a trio that when the CON healed I did get more than the others, so I think it does.

pretty sure it's all healing effects, to include the "WS" ones?

I have observed it to affect second wind as well. And sometimes it seems like it's over 10%. I'd have to do more testing but definitely any heals you do on yourself is also boosted.
