What stacks and what doesn'tFollow

I try to get TP and do the following

Get 3000 TP

Raging Strike
Hawk Eye
Multi Shot X2
Quick Nock

Trifurcate
Puncture II

Am I wasting these abilities. Not sure if all these stack or not.

I always start a fight with multishot X2 then Raging strike then light shot. I have this macro'd so it's easy to do. Raging strike stacks with the multishot and you usually end up with 1900 TP after your first attack. After that you can hit quick nock and by then, a lot of mobs are dead or almost dead.
