Block / Guard / Macro command ?Follow

Hi all

Just wondered if anyone knew the command for raise guard for blocking.

I want to add it to a macro but cant find the comman anywhere.

It's not Guard which the icon is called

It is, theres just an extra bit to the syntax as its an offhand skill.

Are wait commands interrupted by subsequent macro presses like they were in ffxi?

I generally just know that from the time I use gaurd i can use 4 abilities at a moderate pace before Guard drops... usually I get it back up right as it falls, though sometimes I'm a bit early.
