Im torn what to pick at the start of ffxiv,I want to be the best dd class, is it archer or the T-mage?Thanks!

might want to look into marauder - pretty vicious right out the gate. 1 shot wise buffed up an archer may be able to out do one or a mage but not by much and not with efficiency or over time. DD is nice to look at but im a damage per second kinda guy.

Try Mauraders, Archers, and Lancer.. play all 3 then go back to square one - which is deciding on what's best XD
