Awesome~ 200hp regain helps me a lot~ I'd also get Raging Strike (Archer skills) but I have no more Action points for it. Besides, Ferocity is pretty much enough for me. Also I have Second Wind from Pugilist which gives me a 100hp regain, lol.

I'll admit, Ferocity + Bloodbath is a pretty decent combo, but as it stands right now, Second Wind isn't really an effective skill for Marauders to use.. atleast not during the middle of a battle.

In my opinion, Second Wind is best used at the end of a fight, to get a quick boost of HP in the event you want to attack another monster right away. The Stamina lost when using Second Wind during the middle of a fight could be better used for more offensive attacks.

Blood Bath is the same way when being used by a different class, it uses too much stamina for the modest HP gains to be truly effective in the middle of a fight. I rarely use Blood Bath on my Lancer or Gladiator, and instead use the extra stamina and time to land a few extra hits. The way I see it, the quicker the monster dies, the less damage you will take, hence, the less healing you will need.

Btw, I've tried Raging Strike + Ferocity on my Marauder and Gladiator and unfortunately I'm not seeing amazing results. At lower levels, Raging Strike or Ferocity seemingly gave about 50+ damage to the next weapon skill, but with both combined, I never noticed significant increases in comparison to just using one.

True, I only use second wind after combat to get ready for the next one. But there are times when I need to heal up during battle and my Bloodbath isn't ready and Second Wind pretty much helps me during those times. Besides, I don't rush in using all my stamina right away in the first 3 seconds. I like to keep a few just in case I need it.

Also, all I'm saying is that the 200hp regain from my Ferocity + Bloodbath is really good and helps me a lot, not the + damage Ferocity gives. And besides, at low levels, +50 damage is lot, no?

i've read somewhere that there's a limit to how much hp you get back despite your damage output. something like 25-35% of your max hp can be returned. i'll have to look it up. I thought it'd be dead sexy to stack raging strike, ferocity, and bloodbath... but the hp gain isnt as great. Still tasty albeit.

Yea, +50 damage at lower levels is awesome, but the point I was trying to get across was, that was about how much I was getting when using Raging Strike or Ferocity alone.. Stacked together, you would assume it would be about +100 damage, but I was consistently still hitting for only about +50 damage with both. It could have been just me, but I didn't notice any amazing benefits to using Raging Strike in addition to Ferocity.. if someone else had tested it, please chime in.

Blood Bath is a better skill compared to Second Wind as far as HP recovery is concerned.. Blood Bath gives back a certain percentage of damage back as HP (~50% for cross class, ~75% for Marauder), while Second Wind only seems to heal a static amount. I haven't played around with Pug too much, but as a cross class skill, Second Wind was consistently healing for about 100hp.

From what i remember, you lost Ferocity buff when you missed your hit which could cause problems if it was being relied upon to prevent death. I know quite alot i would end up Going Ferocity > Bloodbath > Trunksplitter and then i would miss even with STR VIT and DEX all equal stats.
