Dunno if I'm a moron or this is an actual bug, but I've leveled to rank 3 as an Archer and can't find my Puncture ability. The system claimed I learned it, but it doesn't show under Actions & Traits. Any ideas?

I had the same issue... I ended up relogging and being incredibly patient with the Menu loads. Took a good 8-10 seconds to show up int he menu. The input lag is unbearable for me.

I believe from what I have read elsewhere is that it is off a sub menu from actions and traits, not just the default.

That's pretty much correct. You have a number of boxes which correspond to your Action Bar. The first slot is always filled by your class's primary ability, in Archer's case, Light Shot. That cannot be changed. You will probably end up putting Puncture in either slot 2 or 3, depending on whether or not you have Close Shot set.

how can you set the close shot? I see my bar and ask for action points and i have 0, so i guess i can't use it. Could you be more specific or a link where i can read how to set up my abitilies so i can use them? I am arc lvl 3 atm (have the Pucture on the traint manu but can't equip it for some odd reason)

I would provide pics but the servers are down for maintenance, so I'll do my best through words. Every action has a cost to be added to the action bar. As long as you have enough action points, you can add abilities. Once you are in the actions menu all you have to do is click on the box (slot) you want that action to fill. On the right side, near the top, there is a small arrow. If you click this arrow a dropdown list appears that gives you the different classes which you have actions available. All you have to do is click the class you want and available actions should load into the box. Now just click the action you want and a small dialog box will pop up asking if you would like to add it to the main hand or off hand. I'm not entirely sure how this works, but you'll most likely be picking main hand. Upon doing, the chat window should say "(Name of action) added to slot #" and the actions icon will populate that spot.
