[Balmung][LFM][MC] LF a DRG, SMN or BLM and a DRK for SavageFollow

About us: We're a group whose core members have been raiding together since first coil. We pride ourselves on our chill group demeanor but we know when to focus and get it done. In other words, when we're actively clearing a phase we have fun with the raid, but when we get to a part where we are having issues we focus up. Now we are looking for three skilled players to fill our ranks.

Group Experience: Most of our remaining members have completed all prior raid content before nerfs. This includes 2nd Coil Savage clears. All EX primals, etc.
Although we've accomplished a lot please do not think that similar experience is a requirement to apply, we're very welcoming and laid back, I promise!

Run Days and Times: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:30 to 9:30 PST. Some days we may run longer.

Voice chat programs: Discord or TeamSpeak3. We also use an App called GroupMe so people can contact one another.

What we're looking for:
* 1 dedicated DRG, 1 dedicated BLM or SMN, and 1 dedicated DRK or insanely skilled PLD.
* Be on time. If you're going to be late please contact somebody.
* Experience with raiding in general, the more the better.
* Must have AS1 and AS2 on farm. Experience up to add phase or beyond in AS3 is a major plus.
* Voice chat is a MUST. Communication in these raids are mandatory.
* Be willing to improve, please don't become stagnant.
* Be open to suggestions, don't get mad if people throw out ideas.
