[LAMIA][FC][LFM] Gate of Babylon looking for Great People!Follow

Gate of Babylon is a year old FC in the Lamia server (Primal cluster). We are currently re-establishing ourselves after I, as the founder, had to take an extended leave from the game. Prior to my departure we were the 4th ranked FC in the server and the smallest in the top 20 FCs according to the Lodestone Standings.
What we are looking for in Gate of Babylon are primarily individuals who see the game as more than a simple fantasy world. We want people who see and recognize other members as human being with their own goals, dreams, and aspirations, and along with that, we seek people who are willing to put sincere dedication and effort into establishing something more than a glorified chat room or friend group.

My IG name is Seth Kinereth. I have been an online community leader in various platforms for over twelve years now, and I finally feel confident that I have put in enough failures to commit to making a community that expands beyond the boundaries of any game. Our current goal, as stated, is to re-establish Gate of Babylon. However we all have ambitions that go far beyond that.

Some may wonder what we mean by 're-establish' and I can understand that, it is a term that is over-used and vague. Gate of Babylon originally used a System where in which I as the FC leader had full authority over the FC as a whole and any issues regarding it, but there were six Officers each dedicated to a single facet of the game and tasked with providing a service in that area that would be rare or non-existent in other Free Companies. I often would think I am damning myself to say we are to appeal to all player types, however with this system in place we were able to do so without losing focus in any given area. In addition, it removed any and all officer-level drama possibilities in Gate of Babylon as most officer responsibilities did not overlap beyond general oversight. We intend to re-instate this system.

Once the Free Company has been re-established, there are further plans being discussed to spread to other games and potentially begin to work on inter-game infrastructure such as the basics like a website and forum, along with other possible services being discussed. I have, at this time, no intention of putting any limit on the size that this community grows to. That being said, I also have no intention of any kind to sacrifice or compromise the high quality standards in Gate of Babylon of the services provided, or of the members found here.
