[NA][Leviathan] Hexen now recruiting raiders and all playersFollow

CALL KENNY LOGGINS CAUSE YOU'RE IN THE DANGER ZONE
I could use a bunch of words like elite, premier, or first-class to describe Hexen, but everyone says these things about their guild. In reality, Hexen is Sterling Archer. We pretend to be stupid and egotistical, but we're actually really good at what we do and we have a lot of fun doing it. Hexen is a multi-game community that started in Rift. We've been here since ARR launched and are expanding into the Star Citizen universe. Also we love Lana despite her giant truckasaurus hands so shut your *********

MEET YOUR OFFICERS http://i.imgur.com/3Vm4bI1.jpg
Fayrin Nuvell (aka Dessica) - I've been playing MMOs since the EQ days where I led the #3 guild on our server. Hexen has existed in many forms over the years but became this incarnation during RIFT. We've existed in EQ2/SWOTR/Vanguard/RIFT/AION and more. I decided in the end I wanted a guild that was family and that could enter a zone of danger without fear, knowing whether you were Cyril Figgis or Cheryl Tunt we have your back. So come join us. Leader of Hexen.

Nanashi Nogombe (aka Nom Nom) - I am the leader of Evil League of Evil, Hexen's premiere raid team. We are a strong core group that has currently progressed to Final Coil. There's been many bumps in the road along the way, but we continue to push forward and will keep doing so into the new expansion.

Khonrath Khan (aka Cermaic) - My experience in MMO's is mostly PvP based as I started my first MMO with Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning and continued with FFXIV ARR. Hexen is a fun filled FC interested in conquering all that there is to offer in FFXIV ARR. We look forward to having you in our ranks!

Kai Kyosuke (aka ????) - I've been playing MMO's for the last 15 years visiting lots of different worlds and having lots of wild experiences. I joined Hexen approximately 1 year ago for a raid team and have never looked back. I'm a social player and love having guild members to chat with and run content. I look forward to meeting you!

THE EVIL LEAGUE OF EVIL
Hexen's raid team, ELE, is recruiting! We're looking for 2 strong players with good attitudes to join us in Final Coil and beyond into the expansion.

Our current raid schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday starting at 6 PM PST until 8 or 9 PM PST.
Current available classes (subject to change): Scholar, White Mage, Bard

If you meet the requirements, please contact an officer to join us on a trial run to see if you fit well with the team!

RAID RULES
1. All raid members are required to sign-up for each event. This applies to all static teams. Attendance is required for static teams in which you are a part of. You can miss 1:6 without penalty. More than this will result in consideration for replacement.

2. If you are unable to make an event, you are still required to sign-up, mark yourself as not attending, and leave an explanation as to why. We understand that emergencies happen and you may not always be able to do this. In those cases, if able, please let an officer know of your absence through the forums messaging system or in game.

3. Raid members are expected to be ready 15 minutes before the start of their event. This means being out of dungeons, parties etc.

4. Raid members are expected to be repaired before the start of event.

5. Raid members are expected to have appropriate raid level food.

6. Raid members are expected to have the content unlocked and be properly geared.

7. Raid members who are on a static team are expected to run lockout content with their group only until the last scheduled raid of that lockout period. For example, if your team only runs coil turns 1 and 2 on Tuesday, and they run again on Thursday you may not run this content with another group thereby limiting your static teams ability to complete content.

8. Raid members are expected to know and follow all loot rules accordingly.

9. Raid members who are not ready at ready check may have their spot given to an alternate for that nights raid event, at the discretion of the raid leader.

10. The raid leader has absolute authority during any raid event. Anything out of the scope of their duties will be brought immediately to the guild leader. Insubordination will result in penalization. We are here to have fun and work together as a team. Disagreements should be handled privately and outside of the raid channels.

11. Non-compliance and failure to adhere to these rules and loot rules will result in penalties. See below for penalty system.

Alternates

1. For alternates or those wishing to be alternates (those individuals not in a static team but who wish to raid on an as needed basis) please speak with the appropriate raid leader for that event night. Alternates will not be assigned until after ready checks unless a static member has stated their absence.

Raid Penalty System

All guild members who are part of a raid team (alternates or permanent) are required to read and understand the raid rules. The following penalty system will apply to violations of those raid rules at the discretion of the static team's raid leader.

The 1st violation will result in a warning.

The 2nd violation will be a 1 night loot lockout.

The 3rd violation will result in a 1 week loot lockout.

The 4th and final violation will result in removal from your static team.

All raid violations are given at the discretion of the static team's raid leader. All violations have a 30 day reset period. This means after 30 days of no violations you will be reset to 0 violations against you. If you have questions or concerns regarding the raid rules or how they are enforced please see an officer or the guild leader.

LOOT RULES
1. Players must declare a primary and secondary job for loot (may not be the actual job as you enter the raid). These can be changed once a month or switched between one another once a month*.

2. It is important to remember you can only win once on a primary job** and once on a secondary job***.

3. Looting scheme.

Item drop → Primary jobs rolls first. If no eligible primary jobs, it then goes to
secondary jobs → Secondary jobs are allowed to roll. If no eligible secondary jobs, it then moves to open roll → Open roll allows all individuals who have the class/job unlocked to greed the item.****

4. Probationary members are not allowed to roll on loot until their 2 week probationary term has ended. At which time they become full members and can begin rolling on loot like everyone else.

*Once a job is fully geared, you may declare a new secondary or primary job at any time. The once a month restriction only applies when currently gearing your primary and secondary jobs. However, once either primary or secondary jobs are fully geared, you may declare a new primary OR secondary job without restriction. For example, if you have a Primary PLD and Secondary MNK and you finish gearing your PLD, you can change the PLD and declare a new Primary OR move MNK to Primary and declare a new Secondary job. This effect starts at the next raid.

**At raid leader’s discretion and based on the needs of the raid, it will be put to a vote if a primary job may take more than one win based on the needs of that individual. For example, only PLD items drops for the entire raid, and the main tank is a PLD with no other players with PLD as a primary job, and they need the items to help further our progression. The raid leader can then ask the raid if it is acceptable to let the PLD have the items for current raid.

***At raid leader’s discretion, secondary jobs may also roll more than once if they are the only player with the secondary job. For example, no one has SMN as a primary job, and only 1 person has a secondary job as SMN, and only SMN items drops. It will be put to a quick vote if they can have the items that drops.

****We ask players to be courteous during open rolls. Although you do have full privilege to greed on open roll items, if you don’t plan on leveling that item’s job to completion, please allow other players who are leveling the job to have a better chance to obtain the items.

Loot Penalty System

In accordance with raid rules, all individuals are to know and understand the guilds loot policy. Any violations of that policy will be result in the following penalties.

The first violation will result in the loss of ability to loot for the remainder of events for that week and the entirety of the following week.

The second violation will result in removal from the static team of which you are a member. There will be a 6 week waiting period before any static team (including ones just forming) will consider you for placement. There is no guarantee you will be put back on the team you were ejected from. Once you are on a team the 30 day probationary period goes into effect. This means that you have 30 days where you cannot have another violation or you will be removed from the guild.

The third violation will result in immediate removal from the guild.

All penalties have a 30 day reset period. This means that after 30 days of no violation you are reset to 0 violations against you.

We understand that these penalties may seem harsh, however, they are in place as a means to enforce the guilds loot policies. They are not designed to single out an individual but rather provide a balanced solution to the guild's needs in terms of rule enforcement. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these policies please see an officer or the guild leader.
