So I'm looking for a FC that is casual, and does raiding anytime. I'm trying to get Coli open but because in my last Guild, no one could help me when I was on, only when they were on the weekend. I don't want a set schedule or anything. I have a job, so my schedule moves around a lot and there's no set time I can give. Also anything above age 18+ would be nice, and maybe if you have some women gamers, I would be happy, so I won't feel like the only girl in the group. xD
And I'm also a Level 50 Bard, thinking of doing alt for Black Mage.

Hi there! I'm not sure if you're willing to transfer or not, but we're over on Diablos! I happen to be a girl and there are two others in our FC right now, as well.
Our youngest member is 23, and I am VERY strict about not allowing jerks, rudeness, bashing and so forth. We give each other a LOT of crap in chat and on TS, but we're all friends and have a blast. We don't rile each other in rude ways... just the fun/good ones.
We established ourselves back in March, and hit rank eight with just the officers (six of us) in five weeks. That shows how active and dedicated we are to the game. You'll find people on at all different hours. Our raid nights/times for the summer are Tues, Wed and Thurs starting at 10pm eastern. Those are the "scheduled" raids. We also tend to group up nearly every evening to run things... anything from coil runs to Primals... whatever people need or feel like. Whoever happens to be on is welcome to join the fun at those times!
We try to schedule FC fun events as much as we can - in fact, we're having a "house party" on July 11th! Feel free to check out our house if you wander over to Diablos - it's open to the public - it's located in The Mist Ward 3 Lot 17. We're currently working hard to save towards a large lot/house, as well.
We have a few crafters/gatherers/etc and work our garden daily!
