TLDR Version-

Not Hardcore, Not Casual. We are Mature and Friendly group of players that love to joke with each other. Dedicated Leadership in place with a clear plan for steady progression, not rushed. No needy players please.

Play times are generally EST after workday hours. We have a dedicated website and mumble server.

We are looking for players who have similar goals. The free company would like to have a group size to be able to take on any challenges the game brings. At the same time, small enough where everyone knows each other. Quality of person over Quantity.

Player Base Summary
We have a great group of players… then again every free company has a great group of players, right? Our players are great because they make everyone feel like a part of the community within our company. We have been playing together since beta and already our group has become very close. Any new member joining is always welcome with open arms. Our members enjoy joking with each other, especially on voice chat. If you do not like sarcasm or playful banter, this is not the group of people for you!

Free Company Goals
We are not a “hardcore” company. We are not a “casual” company. These terms are tossed around far too often and seem to be the only way to define player groups nowadays.

We are a company that is dedicated to effectively doing content, but not sacrificing much of our life to say we were the first to do so. We have many players who have been there and done that. We prefer to enjoy the game. This does not mean that we don’t prepare to do the content properly. We research our fights, develop our strategies and require our members to put in the effort to make sure they are properly equipped with gear and consumables before we begin.

Our ultimate goal is to provide the opportunity for all members to participate in all content, overcome the more difficult fights and to do so in a timetable that is not overly oppressive.

Play Times
This company is filled primarily with people who have to work for a living. As such we primarily play after the workday is complete. This generally falls around 5:00pm EST onwards. Our members were polled for raid days and our primary raids will take place on Friday and Saturday. Smaller groups take place throughout the week on a regular basis.
What we are looking for in a member!

There are too many gamers out there that are needy and feel like they have to have their hand held through everything. We are not looking for this type of player. We are interested in people who are willing to put in their own effort to improve their character. This does not mean that you will receive no help from the Free Company, it just means that you won’t be given everything or always have a full group of members to run you through low level dungeons.

The more you are able to contribute to the Free Company, the more you will get back in return.

What you can expect from the Free Company!
Our company provides the standard amenities like an organized website with forums that have useful information in them. We consistently communicate with each other on our mumble server and encourage all members to join in.

The best benefit is that we have a dedicated team of officers who are in it for the long run. Our goals do not concern large numbers or prestige, but more focused on our own personal accomplishments as a group of friends.

This Free Company is not for everyone. We appreciate the fact that there are different types of organizations that meet the needs of different individuals.

If you are a player that does not appreciate humor, cannot take a joke, does not respond well to constructive criticism, is not active, is very immature, then this is not the Free Company for you.
