[FC][Midgardsormr] Reckless <RECKD> - EndgameFollow

We just jumped into raiding from fully preparing to self sustain as a guild with crafts and main raiders having job flexibility.

Our goal is for 3 balanced groups, no weak links, depth will be added as needed. We will have lighter options available if their number is called, but otherwise interested in a more casual experience.
Turns 1-4 are not difficult and are a good measuring stick on people performing up to gear ability.
We are looking to build to 24m raiding, but taking it one 8man building at a time.
We will do this responsibly by screening players thru the main group on non-progression fights.
On progression the players who perform the best and are the best prepared will always be preferred.

To Join:

Won't make you jump thru hoops with an application, just make sure you meet expectations.
You need to be prepared for honest feedback. We don't sugar coat anything, we respect people enough to not lie to them when they're making a mistake. High Aptitude for general raiding fundamentals and knowledge of your class is required. Recruitment is open for everything. Preexisting 8mans welcome. Measures to play together outside Coils will be made for better integration.


To raid Coils and beyond:

Relics preferred, ilvl 70 weapons minimum required. (We can get you your Relic)
Pre-mythology BiS for main job. 24m raid times will be at least 3x a week with times discussed but will generally be an EST friendly raid time. (5 or 6pm PST). Free Roll systems in place, to be modified to accompany/comply with multi-job flexability.


The bottom line is we are here to play a game and have fun. Joining us we will be under the presumption you won't consciously make mistakes or hold us back, so if you make an error, we need to be able to trust you to not repeat it upon being called out on it.
Thick skin is required, but a bad attitude will get you removed.
