[NA][Exodus] Endgame/Progression FC <Annihilation>Follow

<Annihilation> is a new Free Company on The Exodus Server that is looking for members with a similar goal in mind. Our goal is to complete everything FFXIV: ARR has to offer in a fun yet determined manner, and any new content that will come in the future. Our members have a "hardcore" mentality, despite having a "casual" time schedule.

Our raid groups will be top tier, and will challenge all end game content. We will have at least 3 full groups of 8 members, with plans to combine the groups to tackle 24 man content. Many of our members have held ranks in end game groups from various MMORPGs, completing and dominating end game content in FFXIV 1.0, WoW, FFXI, SWTOR, etc. That being said, As a Raid member you may be subject to criticism, and be expected to give and receive it in a respectful manner.

Required attendance Raid/Event times:
Weekdays: 7-11 pm EST (Days subject to membership abilities)
Weekends: Subject to availablility EST times

We also welcome casual/ social players to help diversify our FC. We want all members to feel as though the FC brings with it a sense of belonging.

Annihilation strives for every member to achieve their personal accomplishments, casual and raider alike. No member will be left out unless they personally choose to.
