Elysium is a newly conceived idea and dream of myself and my real life friends. Originally the four of us wanted a small Free Company to call our own. Something for the four of us and some close people we met in game. We began together in the Phase 3 Beta, though a few of us come from 1.0, and throughout our time playing the various beta weekends we discovered something. We love our server. For the most part everyone is friendly and tries to be helpful, this lead us to the creation of Elysium.

While adventuring together and leveling, while also screaming at one another through Skype, we came up with an idea. What if we created a guild that was large enough to gather folks from all around, for every cause? What if our guild could harbor Hardcore PVE players hell-bent on progression, and the casual levelers who just enjoy the company of some friends, while not leaving out the bloodthirsty PVP players. So here is what we came up with; Elysium. Now by this point the majority of you are skeptic, how can they do everything? Surely they will fail! Its true, the FOUR of us cant do it all... So we are calling upon the community to help, that's you!

We are currently accepting all players, no matter your experience with gaming, nor your motivation for doing so. Since the game technically doesn't go live for three days, on this recruitment thread I am looking for anyone who might be interested in helping me and my friends realize the dream, even if you don't have a character from phase 4, even if you aren't sure.

In addition, we will be using MUMBLE for all voice communications. Once time gets closer to needing it, I will be opening up a Mumble server for the company.

Plans:
-Recruit
-Help members get to know others who have similar play styles and motivations
-Form some dungeon groups / leveling groups / PVP teams
-Enjoy each others company

My goal is to see a large group of people actively participating in Company Events, and helping out their fellow members. Once we have a sufficient number of players, within appropriate level requirements, we will start looking to progress in both PVP and PVE.
