Searching for a FC/LS for myself and friends (6 of us confirmed for the moment). BRD+WHM+WAR are pretty hardcore and are looking for an organized end game PvE/PvP guild 4+ days a week of raiding is desired. We are all 21+ years old with an extensive gaming back ground that dates back as far as EQ1 and pretty much anything decent since then we have tried, conquered and moved on from or occasionally stuck with if the game truly appealed to us.
We are seeking:
non-legacy server FC/LS
organized end game driven PvE and PvP (when more details are known)
drama free environment (casual atmosphere)
friendly and understanding leadership that accepts that IRL can come up unexpectedly
a group that truly strives to do their best each and every attempt and does not waste the time of other raid members
people who strive to know as much as they can about their main job, and bring that knowledge to the table to help conquer those raid encounters
We are a pretty tight knit bunch who work well together, so if you are looking to add on to a core group we would be very interested. Feel free to respond here or I will be on leviathan this weekend on Neflak Kalfen if chatting is required.

thank you for your interest, we are really interested in non-legacy servers due to having a fresh economy since most of us are brand new to FFXIV so we can all grow together with what is essentially a new game. Thank you none the less!

If you guys can do 11-1 30 PM EST i encourage you all to apply. Almost all of us are top 10 US wow players, and have experience with top 10 world SWTOR kills.
<Paradigm> Is a guild consisted of long time friends who have raided with the best of the best in prior MMO's and are making the switch to ARR. We have been part of multiple top 10 US kills in World of Warcraft, and top 10 world kills in SWTOR.
<Paradigm> is looking for members who want to see end game content at a fast pace, and push for server firsts, along with top world kills on a casual schedule. Our raid times are Tuesday-Thursday from 9 - 11 30 PM PST with Sundays 8-11 30 PM PST for progression nights(we may only use Sundays 1-2 times per month when we are on progression fights).
We are also looking for members who do their research. We are not here to hold your hands and carry you through fights, so we expect all members to come to raids prepared(IE food buffs, already repaired, money to repair, and the knowledge of the fight prior to pulling)
