Stronghold - Established Linkshell LFM!Follow

Greetings fellow Eorzeans! We would like to inform you all that Stronghold is now
recruiting new members for FFXIV 2.0: A Realm Reborn. I will begin with a brief history of our
Linkshell, enlighten you in what we are looking for in potential members, and cover some brief
expectations of our members.

We initially started as a social Linkshell and through that we found some dedicated players
that were willing to help everyone get on the same page. This involved Class questing, Grand
Company quests, obtaining gear, and early end-game bosses like Ifrit (Hard). Unfortunately,
it was a time when the player population in 1.0 was unstable so we kept growing but losing
members at a much faster rate. Eventually, the few dedicated players began to work hard into
getting all three Primal bosses on farm status and we further accomplished obtaining a pair of
White Ravens for ten of our most devoted members by defeating Nael Deus Darnus (Hard)
several times.

It is safe to say that by that time, due to the near approaching v1.0 shutdown, we became a more
hardcore Linkshell and lost most of our social aspects. In FFXIV 2.0: A.R.R., we are trying to
avoid such a transition. This will be largely possible due to lack of time constraints. We want to
be a home for players who are willing to help others and also have motivation to accomplish in-
game content and goals. In the past, we have never required people to attend events, but we were
indeed hopeful that everyone would have some sort of interest in progression.

We would like you to answer our call if you desire a family of kind, open, and encouraging
players. We are more than willing to help you become a better and more knowledgeable player
with the hopes that you will help bolster our ranks with tempered blade that you will become
or perhaps already are. We have no requirements of experience but we do require you to be
understanding, be accepting of criticism, and most of all being courteous to other players
whether they are in our Linkshell or not.

We understand that real life issues always take precedence over the game. However, if you have
committed to an event, please let us know beforehand of any last minute changes that may hinder
your attendance. Our biggest pet peeve is sitting around waiting for people who have signed up
to show up at scheduled events. We also do not wish to have selfish people in our ranks that are
not able to offer help to others that need it. Our officers and members made it this far because of
their selflessness, a virtue we pride ourselves on.
