Selbina ~ Social+ LS Do you need it? Follow

Greetings Eorzeans of the Selbina Server!

Mad Katter here to extend an invitation to all those interested in finding a new Social+ linkshell to call home on the Selbina Server of FFXIV. MadHouse is a newly created Social+ linkshell currently accepting all levels and classes of players to join us in our adventures through Eorzea! We are a PST/Late night based linkshell most active around 6PM PST – 12AM PST. We offer a friendly, social and mature environment and welcome those adventures looking for the same.

Yes ... everyone is welcome even new players. We are mainly social and try to help out with getting started, leveling, crafting, leves, etc ... send me a /tell in game and I will be happy to get you a pearl. :)

HI, I am an old FFXI player and Just started last night and would love to be apart of a social ls! If you are still accepting people let me know!

One thing that i will ask is, if you do end up joining our shell and decide you don't like the game, or if you find a shell that better fits you're wants/needs, please do us a favor and drop the pearl. We have had to remake the shell once already, because too many people decided they didn't like the game and quit; it left us with alot of inactive people.

Thank you!! :) PS; the reason i request this is because, with the way the current LS system is, those people who decide they don't want to play anymore and just end up quitting, or decide to join another shell and don't drop the pearl before doing so, their names are still displayed in the LS list and there is no way to remove the people who are no longer online or wish to participate in any raindeer games..

Just wanted to post an update ... The Madhouse is currently accepting members and we welcome everyone provided they follow some very simple guidelines which have been outlined below:

1. Respect your fellow linkshell mates and contribute to the conversation, even if its just to say hello. We don't bite and will be more likely to respond to your questions or requests for help if we know you are actually an active part of our linkshell community.

2. Help the community and they will be willing to help you in return. Please don't come in and act like a know-it-all and/or DEMAND that we help you do something. We are a social linkshell and everyone has their own play style and plays at their own pace. If you remember the golden rule: do unto others as you would have them do unto you, you will find that others in the linkshell will return the favor. :o)

3. Be flexible. If you join a linkshell organized event, please be flexible and patient. Force DCing in the middle of an event because the event isn't going well isn't cool. It is easier to just bow out of the event and say you are not up for participating instead of making yourself look like a flake by force DCing.

I'm also going to be new to FFXIV soon (when this download finishes) - and will be looking for a linkshell. Currently 99THF 99DNC on FFXI, and also play WoW, so I won't be on a whole lot - but would love the social aspect of it. Still recruiting?
