Because of the lack of Linkshell control provided by Square Enix until now, Esuna is the latest reincarnation of a Linkshell that has been around since Colector's Edition release date. Instead of aiming for a large number of memberships we instead look foward to create a welcoming and friendly environment in which our members can have fun in and enjoy the game.

At this time we are comprised of a small number of dedicated players which although looking foward to the game's development are happy with the current game content. Supported by a wide range of high rank crafting abilities our current aim is to obtain the gear provided by Tier 3 Notorious Monsters and mats from other high rank NMs.

We are currently looking for people who enjoy the game and expect to keep playing it for a long time, also applicants are expected to interact with LS members be it by /LS chat or taking part in group activities. If this is what you expect from a Linkshell then feel free to apply at our web site.

Just a little update...

Assuming any of our members has faction points and is interested in it we are now doing T3 Faction Leves on weekends with the intent to provide our 40+ members with their Templar, Bucanneer and Harlequin gear.

If you are looking for a group of nice, helpfull players with which to play along and have this leves done consider us!

Dodore Down

One fine morning the members of Esuna were just going around minding their own business when Edy decided to make things fun. Out of the blue he started asking people if they would be interested in checking out Mor Dhona and see if Dodore was about the place.

Looking for something new to do a few of the Linkshell members decided to get together and join Edy, Hugus, Tik, Aegis, Rekko and Raist. Upon reaching the designated spot they decided to wait a bit and at 16:00 a stransge miasma descended on the area. Suddently everyone started runing around the place looking for that Notorious Monster with it's all so valuable leather skin.

It wasn't long till Aegis directed the troupe to the western area and we all got psyched up with both Dodore and it's minions. I'm glad to say that even though some of our members got lazy and decided to watch the fight from close to the ground we eventually managed to defeat this sought over monster.

In our eagerness to kill him we did one mistake, we hacked him so much that not one piece of leather was found to be usefull when the dust settled. Regardless everyone was happy with the experience and returned to Ul'dah with a smile on their faces.

For a new linkshell we have been getting very active recently. Not only have we been hard at work crafting and grinding (much of this within the Linkshell) we have also been taking down many of the roaming and faction NM's. Yesterday we took our second shot at getting the drop from that nasty gobbie near treespeak and after a number of kills we finally managed this. Activity on Besaid seems a lot more vibrant now and it's really starting to get back the community feel that we haven't had since around November last year.

Our small Linkshell community is steadily growing and those that have recently joined seem very happy to be here.

Latelly we had a reasonable influx of both old and new players coming into the game and LS, as such we are looking at applications with a bit more atention, not that we're not taking in new people, just being more selective.

We keep on having our weakly events, have done all T3 faction leves and defeated all high rank open world NMs with a couple note worthy drops. Tik Tok got his Hero Lance and Edy Sormr got his Simitar.

This weeken we will be runing our first event with no rank restrictions and as such this will be open to all LS members which wish to take part, a variation of hide & seek.

Although we are getting more people from the US you will still find more of us during EU prime time so if you see us just send us a /wave.

The most recent event was a blast and it seems other servers and other shells are starting to create their own things in the light of little content for end-game (yay June update). I got my Scimitar (ty guys and my excessive points!)and tried to get a HQ version (+3 mats etc) but unfortunately didn't manage the +1 version (Big ty to Minato and Apollo for help on this). The shell is seeing a big influx of people and as Hugus said earlier we are looking at trying to get a more solid player base of upcoming low ranks mixed with higher vets!

Drop us an app if you are interested in playing with level headed players that value community and fun.

Esuna has now around 50 members and as such the issue of lack of LS control from SE and LS members limit is starting to be looked into.

Because of this the first thing that we have decided is to pay a closer atentin to new people's applications. We still don't care much about people being low or high rank but we would mainly be looking for people that play during our time zones and are active in both the game and the Linkshell.

If you feel this could be the place for you then don't esitate to look up our web site at http://Esuna.Guildlaunch.com and apply!!!

Have you already done the form a new linkshell and transfer the active members over to it routine? The last active linkshell I was in did that 3 times. It doesn't seem like making a functioning kick function would be all that hard to do Smiley: rolleyes.

I think that untill we get to 100 to 120 members that wouldnt be needed, if indeed by that time the LS controls are the same (I'm expecting SE would have ahad the time to improve by then) then we will consider it.

Just a little update.

We have nor for two weeks been able to defeat Deepvoid Slave with the help of an Eight person from outside the LS (Cheers, Sanjo) but would like to make these events as much as possible to LS people.

As such, in adition to our usual recruiting policy (mostly let members come to us ^^) we would be giving special consideration to characters 45+ interested in doing Darkhold on a weekly basis as a Ls event.

If you are playing FFXIV under the effect of Silence, Sleep or even Beserk you might want to consider using some Esuna!

Esuna is has reformed maintaining it's core of active players which enable us to have something to do at most times, be it just chating, level up parties with LS members of even fighting Ifrit as a Linkshell.

If youenjoy FFXIV and are looking for a group of mature players with which to play with we might just be the right group of people for you. We have a lot of players from EU time zone and quite a few from the US as well.

We are looking for people with a class at level 30+ and we a minimum play time of 20+ hours a week in the game.
