If you can't find it in the wards, it is sold by the NPC Z'ranmaia, in Limsa Lominsa for 12,800 in Seventh Sage.

its usually found in grade 4 harvesting nodes beside "Humble hearth"
i actually need these to lvl my alchemy.. but i dont think i need Mandrake now.. im better off using Bone Crayfish.
