Linkshell leaders, please read!Follow

Now that we're approaching the end of the year and have gotten a few months under our belts in game, I think it's about time I started cleaning up the list of linkshells on the server. For one reason or another, some linkshells die out, others form in their place, and some happen to change focus a little bit. With this in mind, when January 1st comes, I will be removing any "inactive" linkshells from the list, so that people who are looking for a shell don't waste their time with linkshells that no longer exist. In order to do this, I need your help.

If you are the leader of a currently active linkshell, you need to post either in this thread (preferably) or in the sticky, telling me that your linkshell is still active, so that I can keep your information in the list.

If you are the former leader of an inactive linkshell, I would prefer it if you would tell me that the shell is no longer active. If you have another shell you would like to advertise, feel free to include that information and I will add it to the list instead.

Any shells on the list whose leader I do not hear from by January 1st will be assumed to be inactive and removed from the list. I can think of no other way to make this effective. As a way to counterbalance this for those who may be without internet access for the next couple of weeks (due to vacation or whatever), any removed shells may be re-added later if the leader reposts the information in the main thread. I hope that this is a reasonable solution for everyone. I really want to clean things up on the thread to make it easier for those who are using the list. Our linkshell is still active! With minor updates:

Linkshell name: Pancake Warriors
Contact person: Aristeia Prose or Buffet Chocolat
Type: Social, but we usually get together for guildleves, currently doing Rank 20 or 30 guildleves.
Region/Active times: We're usually online from 4:00-10:30 p.m. EST on weekdays and sporadically on weekends.
Scheduled events: 5 pm: Fun | 6:15 pm: Fun | 8:30 pm: Fun. These are STRICT schedules.
Other information: We're a small group who like to chat, rank up together, trade crafting items, or whatever. Come join us for LOLs, and expect to endure a lot of stupid puns during chats.

Your skepticism is noted. I've already admitted that I'm somewhat OCD and that I really like things to be neat and organized, which is why I took it upon myself to take care of this in the first place. Maybe people use it, and maybe they don't, I'm not sure. But if it keeps a new thread from popping up every other day, then it's worth it imo. Also, if even one person finds it helpful, then I have done what I set out to do, which is just to make things easier for others.

It is a good idea to keep the threads clean and orginized. Especially people looking for active LSs.

I agree.

Lots of shells look like they're going to be taken off at this rate! You have until the end of the day to post, I'm revising the list tomorrow. :)

The list has been updated! I saved all the info from previous shells in a word document in the off chance one of them is still active and has simply not visited the forum lately, so if you are one of those leaders, it is not too late to let me know your shell still exists!

I really appreciate everyone going along with me on this; I know I kind of took things into my own hands, but you have all been quite accommodating to me, for which I am very grateful. Happy New Year to everyone!!


P.S.: Minato, I left Judges up there but realized that I never put up any info on Espers, likely because I wasn't sure if they had the same contact info or what. Would you be so kind as to provide me the info in the standard format so I can put it up there (and be consistent)? Either here or in the main thread is fine, thanks!
