Hello all. VALOR linkshell has just begun building itself, however, has been planned since the summer with myself and the other leader, Johny Tbird.

We are social, in that we want the linkshell to of course have fun, enjoy each other and talk! We are also goal-oriented, progressive, and will be building ourselves as a team for when content does release.

We will use a need before greed policy on gear, as well as a point system (earned through event attendance, with bonuses for outstanding performance) to award items to our members. This system worked well in our previous experiences in end-game LS's in FFXI and gives members a sense of fairness, and encourages participation in events.

Some basics you may be wondering:
- Time zones are varied. We dont expect all of our members to be in the same time zones or regions, so we will work out a schedule that the average of the members agree on. Flexibility is going to be key for leadership in that regard.
- We do have Vent and will use it when the time comes.
- You are allowed to have other LS's while being a member of VALOR, however, as end game comes and competition becomes part of this equation, we would ask at that point to be your main linkshell. But, we'll cross that bridge when it comes.

No, no connection to that Linkshell. But, they do have good taste in their name :P

Didn't you change it to Virtus, or something, later on? My memory is a little fuzzy.

You are more than welcome. I believe we are one of, if not the largest linkshell on this server other than possibly The Hard Reef - and full of some really incredible people. We'd be glad to help you, answer questions, etc. We're progressive (goal oriented, towards end game/HNM ...whenever content comes out) but we're also very social and fun.
