Hiya everyone on Besaid server!
I have come over from FFXI Phoenix server, known as Psion there, to this server on FFXIV. Like my name suggests, I'm Psion Crystalis here! Dunno if anyone from Phoenix knows me, but figured I'd say hi just in case! ^^
I'm not here to role-play though XD But I felt like this server was calling me, so I went with this one.
So far there's been lots of helpful people letting me know about basic controls and advice! I love it!
Hope to talk to more of you wonderful people in the days to come!
::edit:: Whoops, I'm blind. Totally missed the introduction thread. Erm... I feel sort of awkward now. XD

A person who comes to an (un)official RP server and doesn't RP?! Not in my FFXIV's!!!
Nah I kid, welcome to Besaid! Overall I've found the populace to be pretty friendly really, except those who don't grasp the whole concept of RP... By those I mean individuals who come up and purposely try griefing someone that's RPing. It's been made very clear that Besaid is primarily an RP server. That's not to say of course people who don't RP will come along. Sometimes I wonder what other people who don't RP think when they see this stuff going on, usually it's very quiet when you're RPing in public, but it's fun to put on a show like that. Er sorry, I got a little carried away there. But anyway, again, welcome!

I don't RP myself, but sometimes I do enjoy throwing a little chaos into a conversation when I see something I can mess around with a little.
You know, things like hearing a conversation about the lovely item they got from the tailer's shop, then doing a /em involving stealing their precious item and running off. Just to keep them on their toes, you know. :p
I love this server though, the random conversations make the cities more interesting. <3
