Since there's not many in this category XDFollow

I am fairly new to the Final Fantasy MMO scene. A friend of mine told me to try out FFXIV that came out so I did and I can say, that after having played quite a few different ranged MMO's, this one is definitely the most complicated in terms of interface and un-user friendly..ness.

THOUGH I am not trying to cry, since I am fairly new I understand it's gonna take me a while to get used to this game so I was wondering, if this wasn't the place to post threads, where would be a place that I could get help or maybe a thorough introduction to the game as in my point of view, I was on a boat and then briefly shown the Combat System which I still don't quite understand and then placed into a city with the intention that I already knew exactly what I was doing D:
If I can get personal help here in this category that would be great as I am in Istory server anyway.
If not here, can someone redirect me?
