Time to get used to playing. I just bought it, only played the free creation one before.

Apparently farming flint by stacking a lot of gravel then putting a candle under it and letting it fall doesn't work... I didn't get a single piece of flint from 120 gravel with this method. :(

Btw, I reactivated the monsters before I left this morning so have fun getting humped to death at night. And please don't dig inside my base, I'm trying to keep it intact and the tunnels are mostly tapped out of resources.

They are... I'm not sure why he bothered putting them back in (unless something has changed since yesterday?). =/

I tried to clean up around my area this morning before going to work, but was kicked off after about 5-10 minutes. Wasn't a problem because I really had to leave anyway.

I think my little area is pretty well guarded against monsters. I know that there is a monster generator just a little ways away from my staircase, in a hole not too deep. Shaow and Spoonless were down there when we finally got out of that hole we dug. I'm slowly replacing all my dirt walls with stone. I know the hill next to my area under Vataro's tower has some big coal deposits still.

I found last night that someone tried to set fire to the small cave inside my house by putting some 100 torches everywhere in it. I took most of the torches and put a large glass wall at the end of the tunnel overlooking a valley. I think I'll clean up that cave and make it part of my house.

Yea, torches shouldn't catch anything on fire. They're just used for light (although a falling block of gravel can be destroyed by them... that's about it).

The invincibility is a bug with the multiplayer I'm pretty sure, so everything should still be invincible.

Also, I'm realizing that I will probably be unable to extend my tower underground if you have built under me... =/

Also the fact that even thought Ikkian and Vataro were several "miles" underground and slightly lost, they managed to dig a diagonal shaft right into the hidden room of my base.

There are some really nice areas to mine/build across the body of water. I think I might build a couple docks, and make my base across there. I think a lighted path across the water would be pretty easy to take care of.

Err, the game just crashed and since I can't seem to reconnect to the server I'm assuming it wasn't just me?

It seems that parts of the world regenerated after the crash.

Your tower was literally cut in half, Vataro. And it cut down through my house under it. And half the courtyard area around my house. It looks like a few dozen of those green exploders just started on the top of your tower and blew them selves up all the way down below my base.

Time to rebuild.

Sorry about that Vataro, I have downloaded and installed a mod with auto-backup. Hopefully this wont happen again.

If you do decide to buy it you may want to get it now while it's only half price, full price is $26.

Looks like me and my wife will be getting it within the next couple of days. I can't wait to build a dwelling online and I don't know why!

I spent a good two hours yesterday building a realistic house offline. It's weird, I don't HAVE to replace the dirt blocks with wood or stone. I don't HAVE to layout a solid foundation. It just feels natural.

I dug underground from the cactus island under the water, and filled it with TNT, and ignited it. Turns out there was a cavern deeper under that. That opened the ocean to this cavern, and oddly, it created a giant waterfall inside the cavern, but didn't affect the ocean surface. So now we have large pool sized entrance you can swim up and down to get into a cavern.

I think it should be narrowed, right now it's about five wide, probably could be three wide instead to look better underground. Or we can layer glass blocks and turn off the water fall, instead having a glass ceiling with water on top of it.

I am currently working on the worlds mightiest crater. Making a daylight mining site. Someday I am going to cover over the top of my quarry in glass.

I can't connect to the server :(.

How bout feeling sorry for the guy that had no power.

How would you like to come here and pedal my backup generator? This way you can ensure that the server has power, and you don't have to worry about lag.

Is the server still down? It's odd that I can connect, but can't log in. Before when the server was off I wasn't able to connect.

Awesome, although I don't like the torches burning out thing. I wonder what lanterns will require...
